A.O.P. Nyons (Protected Designation of Origin)
Domaine Saint Vincent has 4 olive groves representing more than 1,300 trees, including a remarkable one behind the estate grown on terraced retaining walls (restanques), offering a panoramic view of the property, facing Mont Ventoux. The Nyons AOP olive, a true black pearl of the Baronnies Provençales, has been cultivated there since 1957.
The olives are of the Tanche variety, harvested black and slightly wrinkled by the first frosts in December. We have created a range of tasty, high-quality products including olive oil, tapenade, and table olives.
