Description
Young vines, pruned in the Royat cordon system. Yields do not exceed 40 HL/ha, allowing us to produce wines full of freshness and fruit.
Harvesting takes place at dawn and continues until noon to preserve cool grapes and capture the fruit’s full aromatic profile. The grapes are then slowly and separately pressed, followed by fermentation at 16°C and subsequently 22°C in temperature-regulated stainless steel tanks. This process builds the wine’s structure while delivering vibrancy and fruity aromas, making it ideal for pairing with summer meals.
