Côtes du Rhône White

The vines are between 5 and 10 years old. They are pruned using the cordon de Royat system. Yields do not exceed 30 HL/ha, allowing us to obtain wines with a high aromatic concentration. Our white grape varieties are exclusively harvested by hand in small 10 kg crates, enabling sorting in the vineyard to select only the healthiest clusters. Following this, the grapes undergo total destemming. Direct pressing allows for juice extraction, followed by alcoholic fermentation in traditional concrete vats. The wine then enters an aging period in 225L oak barrels for 6 months, providing richness, roundness, and a solid aromatic structure.
