CÔTES DU RHÔNE VILLAGES WHITE

The vines are 5 to 10 years old. They are pruned using the cordon de Royat method. Yields do not exceed 30 HL/ha, allowing us to produce high-quality wines with strong aromatic concentration. Our white grape varieties are exclusively hand-harvested in small 10 kg crates, which allows for sorting of the healthiest berries directly in the vineyard. After this, the grape clusters undergo complete destemming. Direct pressing allows for juice extraction, followed by alcoholic fermentation in traditional concrete tanks. This is followed by blending, where our oenologist selects each grape variety to create a nectar with perfect balance.
