📝Ingredients
– Puff pastry
– Goat cheese (such as Picodon) or other
– A jar of Nyons A.O.P. black olive confit
– A nice plate for serving your puff pastry rolls
👩🍳 Recipe steps
Unroll your puff pastry on your work surface. Spread it entirely with olive confit using the back of a teaspoon. Add pieces of goat cheese (or another cheese of your choice) onto the pastry. Roll up the pastry with the parchment paper (try to roll it tightly). Place it in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes so that your pastries will be easier to slice. Cut fairly thin slices (they will puff up during baking) and arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes at 160°C (depending on your oven’s power). Arrange the puff pastry rolls on a nice plate and let cool before serving. You can serve these puff pastry rolls as an aperitif with a glass of rosé or white wine. Enjoy your meal!
